Sunsho Pharmaceutical meets the cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) international standards, health foods GMP standards, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
The cGMP regulations demand extremely rigorous and thorough quality management: they require inspections and checks to be done on various items, such as ingredient content, contamination by foreign substances, solubility in the body, and also call for factories to undergo spot-checks by U.S FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
In the United States, supplements and pharmaceuticals that have not met the cGMP standards are not authorized for distribution.
At Sunsho Pharmaceutical, we enacted rules that forbid unnecessary items from being brought into the factory, and all employees are required to wear masks and full-body coveralls. We take thorough measures to prevent foreign substance contamination by enforcing handwashing, sanitizing, air-showering, and the use of gloves and goggles during work activities.
Our factories enforce the “5S” principles which consist of; Seiri: organize, Seiton: orderliness, Seiso: cleanliness, Seiketsu: standardize, and Shitsuke: discipline.
Establishing specific locations for items, periodic cleaning, and regular maintenance leads to a clean and organized workplace.
In addition to making such undertakings common practice, we also provide training to our factory workers, which enables us to manufacture safe and high-quality flavored capsules in a clean environment.
Developing Original Flavors
The blending of flavors plays an important role in our development of flavored capsules. To create a particular flavor, we carefully select from a large array of fragrant materials. R&D efforts are made to cater to the demands of our customers promptly and accurately, using formulation technology that specifically matches the shape of the flavored capsule. We offer both ready-made generic products with predetermined formulations as well as custom flavors. We regularly work with clients by collaborating with them to develop original flavors.
